These pages are intended for perpetual public access, we must have clear conditions regarding authority, content and privacy for the deceased and their family and also contributors.
SUMMARY STATEMENT OF INTENDED USE
The Provincial "In Memorial" page enables Brethren and family to come together to create a tribute to a loved and lost one and raise donations, in their name for a chosen charity. These pages must not be used for commercial purposes of any kind.
"IN MEMORIAM" CONTRIBUTORS
Anyone who wishes to contribute to an "In Memoriam" page by uploading messages, stories, pictures etc. must submit their name and contact details which will be viewable by the webmaster and key website administration staff so that they can review the contribution and make contact about them if necessary.
CONSENT
For "In Memoriam" contributors, if you are not the next of kin, please ensure that you have their authority to create this tribute.
If you are contributing to the page on behalf of someone else, you must obtain the consent of that person to both the disclosure of their personal data and its use per the terms of use and privacy policy.
