In recognition of the NHS, Social Care and Frontline Workers Day earlier this year, a total of £9,000 was donated by West Riding Masonic Charities Limited to three Leeds Teaching Hospitals for the refurbishment of staff spaces. The staff garden at Chapel Allerton Hospital has been completed and weather permitting, is being enjoyed on a daily basis. The staff room at St James’s Hospital is expected to be completed in the new year. The staff room at Leeds General Infirmary has been completely transformed and is now a much more welcoming space for staff to relax during a long shift.
